Scott Bird

Scott Bird is a lifelong New Mexico resident.  He has over 37 years of small business and commercial lending experience.  He has a Bachelor of Administration from New Mexico State University with a major in finance and a minor in real estate appraising.  In addition, he has been a long time owner and operator of commercial real estate and business enterprises in San Juan County, NM.  He is also a licensed realtor.  In 2018, he started Heritage Funding, a bank and financial services consulting company specializing in asset valuation and loan packaging, as well as business consulting for Four Corners Economic Development. “SCAPE expanding into NW New Mexico brings great opportunity to San Juan County.
