Jeff Sipes

Jeff Sipes is global manager of Strategy and Business Development for Bechtel Group, Inc. He leads marketing, new business, and customer engagement efforts across Bechtel’s global business units with a focus on creating and sustaining lasting customer partnerships.

With more than 30 years of experience in the global engineering and construction industry, Jeff has worked in a variety of operations, project management, executive management and business development roles. He has lived and worked in the US and Latin America and supported operations in the Middle East and Asia. He is a member of Bechtel’s Operating Committee.

Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Texas Tech University. He was elected to the Texas Tech Civil Engineering Academy in 2010 and serves as an ambassador for the University’s International Experience Program. Jeff lives in Houston and is a part time resident of Durango, Colorado. Jeff and his wife Meredith have four children – John, David, Rachel and Charlie.
