Mark Grubis

Mark Grubis has extensive experience in various industries including aerospace, real estate, food manufacturing, industrial controls, utilities, and event planning. Mark began his career as a development engineer, eventually becoming an Operations and Engineering Manager for Raytheon. Later Mark worked as an independent consultant focused on leadership development, business process improvement, and operations.

Mark has founded and co-founded several businesses in Food Manufacturing, Real Estate, Sporting Events, and Business Consulting. After founding Durango Artisan Foods, Mark helped numerous entrepreneurs start up their own food businesses while serving as their co-packer. Most recently Mark founded Dorado Consulting and Bookkeeping specializing in improving business operations, startups, as well as providing bookkeeping services.

Mark spends his time playing hockey and mountain biking.
