Shining a Light on…

As times are shifting and presenting the need for change, we chose to let the unknown spark a light for our creativity, imagination, and innovation. So we’ve been busy taking a look at how SCAPE expresses these values through our brand. We’re excited to share with you our new logo, website, and more about SCAPE, because we feel our mission is needed now more than ever. Meet our new look...

Paired with a new website, SCAPE is now able to connect more directly with the community it serves and continue to shine a light on the entrepreneurial landscape. The new site clearly outlines how we Accelerate, Mentor, and Invest in our community. Plus you can learn more about our program and how to apply, in addition to staying connected through our blog, events, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram social channels.

While our look has evolved our mission is tried and true - to help create more high growth, job-creating companies in Southwest Colorado. We provide education, mentoring, and access to funding for startups and early-stage companies. SCAPE is a proven solution to address the Covid-19 Crisis in our area, which has a staggering 35% of the workforce in high-risk jobs which are affected by the shut downs.

The core program of SCAPE is around growing businesses which have a nationwide customer base, can continue to operate during a pandemic, and whose employees have the ability to work remotely. Southwest Colorado has needed a “plan B” to the tourism based economy for some time. SCAPE directly works to fill this need, and is working to enhance innovation, deal flow, mentoring, and investing.
